This may include your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, referral URLs, browsing actions on our site, and dates and times of site visits. We also collect an anonymized session identifier and user agent information.
Geolocation data: We may determine an approximate geographic location (such as city or region) based on your IP address when you use our website. This is not precise location tracking, and we do not collect your GPS location without your explicit permission.
In short: We do not knowingly collect or solicit data from children under 13 years of age, as required by federal law.
Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly allow such individuals to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you represent that you are using our Services with the consent of a parent or guardian.
The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) requires that we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. Booking partners: If you make a reservation through our third-party booking platform (Sirvoy) or other partner websites, those platforms may pass along relevant information to us, such as your name, contact information, booking details, and any notes or preferences you provided.
Social media: If you engage with our social media pages, we may receive personal information that you choose to share via those platforms. We will use that information to communicate with you or as otherwise allowed by you on that platform.
In short: We process your personal information to operate our business, provide and improve our Services, communicate with you, ensure security, and comply with the law.

In short: We are a Northeast Ohio business and we store the information you send us in the United States, but a few of the third-party services listed above operate internationally.
We operate exclusively in Northeast Ohio with a local delivery range. The booking, contact, and customer records we hold are stored on servers in the United States by our hosting, form, and booking providers.
Two of the services named in section 6 may process data outside the United States. Google Analytics processes usage data on Google infrastructure worldwide, and it only runs if you accept analytics cookies. OpenStreetMap, which supplies the map tiles on our delivery page, is operated by a UK-based foundation and serves tiles from Europe, so your browser’s request for a map tile (including your IP address) reaches servers outside the United States.
In short: We keep your personal information for only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice.
Booking and transaction information: We retain records for 7 years as required for financial reporting and tax obligations.
Communication data: Emails and messages are generally kept for 3 years to manage our relationship.
Usage data: Website usage data is typically kept for 3-6 months.
